Can you please go away

to me (the farmer’s preposition).

His help, who was a sheep

-pig of sorts, which is like


the poet of no arrogated ego


so that you can sort things out


and I can rifle

                             and stay among

the clearances of deposited


 press again this bruise.

Daniella Moritz was born in Spain and educated in France and Switzerland. Her poems have appeared in The Best New British and Irish Poets 2017 (Eyewear), máquina de cantar, The Literateur, and other magazines. She is a translator, and works in the service industry in London.
